BF6-3 Mechanical Suspension Construction Machinery Seat with Optional Seatbelt & OPS Micro Switch

The BF6-3 is a mid-tier mechanical suspension seat designed for light excavators, wheel loaders, warehouse forklifts, small aerial work platforms and other medium & light construction machinery, balancing suspension comfort and expandable safety features. The backrest features a wide 60° adjustment range of -35° to +25°, allowing operators to adjust tilt angles freely for digging, loading and material transport tasks. The slide rail provides 75mm travel forward and backward separately, supporting flexible positioning for operators of different heights.

An integrated built-in document box comes standard for storing work documents and equipment operation manuals. Two standard mounting dimensions, 230×285mm and 330×285mm, are compatible with chassis bolt patterns of most small and medium construction vehicles for simple installation. Two safety accessories are available as options: Option A OPS micro switch for operator presence detection to comply with machine safety regulations; Option B retractable seatbelt to deliver basic safety protection for operators.

Two upholstery options are available: reinforced black PVC with fabric backing for enhanced tear resistance, waterproof and oil-proof properties, easy to wipe and clean for outdoor dusty jobsites; flannelette fabric is recommended for enclosed cabins, with soft texture and excellent air permeability to avoid stuffiness during long shifts. All upholstery materials pass ISO9001 and CE tests for abrasion, flame retardancy, UV resistance and waterproof performance, delivering stable quality for OEM equipment supply and bulk fleet replacement orders.
