The BF8-2+G180 is equipped with the extended G180 lifting shock absorption assembly, designed for heavy-duty earthmoving and mining machinery. It complies with GB/T8591 national standard for earthmoving machinery seats and ISO5353 SIP safety point standards, compatible with large and medium excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, mining haulers and other high-intensity construction equipment.
The shock system delivers a 100mm vertical adjustment stroke, with the overall shock frame height adjustable between 70mm and 170mm. Combined with a 50–130kg wide-range weight adjustment mechanism, it fits operators of all body sizes and effectively absorbs continuous vibration from uneven mine and field terrain, reducing lumbar strain during long shifts. The backrest offers an ultra-wide adjustment range of 77° forward tilt and 15° backward recline, paired with extended slide rails with 75mm travel forward and rearward. Operators can maintain an upright posture during operation or fully recline to rest during equipment downtime, adapting to all-day diverse working scenarios.
A latching two-point seatbelt comes as standard, and the SIP safety marking meets international safety criteria. An optional OPS operator presence micro switch can be installed to satisfy domestic and overseas machinery safety inspection requirements. The shock assembly is fitted with a rubber dust cover, and an extra dust-proof protective film is attached to the seat bottom, forming double protection to block construction site sediment and dust from invading internal components and preventing shock jamming and rust.
The seat cushion and backrest adopt a one-piece vacuum foaming molding process with high-density supporting foam that resists collapse. Two upholstery options are available: reinforced black backed PVC, tear-resistant, oil-proof and easy to wipe clean for open-air dusty worksites; and flannelette, soft and breathable for enclosed cabins.
The base plate features a multi-array universal multi-hole mounting layout compatible with chassis hole patterns of multiple construction machinery models. The backrest adjustment lever uses a universal spline core for strong part interchangeability. Strict production standards ensure smooth rotating adjustment shafts and stable locking performance. The modular optional system allows flexible matching of armrests, document pockets and other accessories, suitable for OEM equipment supply, overseas bulk procurement and fleet replacement demands.
