The BF16 is a premium full-suspension seat built for heavy construction equipment. With longer suspension travel, a wider weight adjustment range, and comprehensive safety features, it delivers professional-grade seating support for excavators, loaders, bulldozers, truck cranes, and other heavy construction machinery. The full-floating mechanical suspension system is available in two travel options — 60mm or 80mm — allowing flexible specification based on equipment vibration levels and application scenarios. The weight adjustment range extends to 45–150kg, covering a broader spectrum of operator body types and ensuring optimal suspension performance for every user.

The backrest adjusts from approximately 5° forward to 30° backward, with lockable positioning within a 35° span. Combined with the extended slide rail travel (110mm forward, 90mm rearward), it supports precise positioning for different working postures and body sizes. Two safety features come standard: a two-point emergency locking seatbelt that locks instantly under sudden conditions to protect the operator, and a driver presence sensor (OPS micro switch) for operator presence safety detection. It ships with a standard 328×285mm mounting footprint and a universal multi-hole base design to fit chassis bolt patterns across various heavy construction vehicles. Upholstery is available in black backed PVC (outdoor durable and tear-resistant) or flannelette (breathable comfort for enclosed cabs).
