The BF16M is a heavy-duty full mechanical suspension seat built for high-intensity operation of mini excavators, loaders, road rollers, lifting machines and other construction machinery, with suspension structure optimized for continuous bumpy jobsite conditions. Operators may pick between 60mm and 80mm suspension travel, alongside 45–150kg weight adjustment to absorb road impact and reduce lumbar fatigue during long work shifts for users of varied body mass. The backrest reclines 5° forward and 30° backward with adjustable locking within 35°, paired with extended slide rails offering 110mm forward and 90mm rear travel to adjust seating posture for digging, loading and material transport tasks.

Two core safety parts are equipped as standard: the two-point emergency locking seatbelt engages instantly under sudden impact; the driver presence micro switch runs occupancy detection to satisfy machine safety regulations. The standard 328×285mm mounting footprint works with universal multi-hole bases compatible with common hole patterns including 230×280, 280×280 and 330×280 for cross-model installation. You may select reinforced backed PVC upholstery for tear, oil resistance and easy maintenance at outdoor worksites, or flannelette for breathable comfort inside enclosed cabins.
