Seat Testing

Relying on its industry status, technical strength and quality management system, Hangzhou Benfeng Auto Seat Co., Ltd. has established a rigorous seat testing system. Testing strictly follows the national standard JB/T13693-2019; some products are tested in accordance with European standards EN13490 and ISO7096, and meet CE certification requirements to adapt to the needs of global brands such as Mitsubishi Logisnext and JUNGHEINRICH.
The testing covers all categories of construction machinery seats including forklifts and loaders. Combined with a number of patented technologies, it conducts multi-dimensional testing from safety (structural strength, impact resistance), comfort (cushion elasticity, backrest support) and durability (wear resistance, anti-aging). Meanwhile, under the guidance of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems, the testing process is standardized and traceable, laying a foundation for product quality and corporate development.
