The layout of Benfeng Seats Intelligent Manufacturing factory is clear with distinct functional divisions, facilitating the efficient coordination of all production links.

Within the digital matrix of Benfeng Seats IMES (Benfeng Seats Intelligent Manufacturing Platform), the foaming workshop, with its highly intelligent production environment, has become the core forging ground for seat comfort performance.

The core starting point for the formation of seat frames. Equipped with a precision stamping production line, relying on the IMES platform to monitor process parameters in real time, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each stamped part, laying a reliable skeleton foundation for subsequent processes.

The Welding Workshop, with its intelligent welding production line, serves as the core intelligent manufacturing base for the structural strength of the seats.
Through 3D visualization technology, the workshop clearly presents the collaborative operation of multiple intelligent welding robotic arms. Each robotic arm is equipped with a dedicated operator and parameter monitoring module (voltage, current, welding count, etc.), achieving a precise and controllable welding process. Simultaneously, it monitors key indicators such as temperature, humidity, and the number of welding operations per day in real time, ensuring welding quality from all dimensions, from environment to process.

The warehouse adopts a 3D visualization layout, clearly dividing functional areas such as forklift areas, electrophoresis parts areas, plastic parts areas, and incoming material inspection areas. Digital labeling of small shelves and various storage areas enables precise material positioning and efficient scheduling.

In the digital ecosystem of Benfeng Seats IMES, the assembly workshop, with its intelligent full-process management, becomes the final testing ground for the quality of finished seats.

The final judge of quality assurance. Integrate a complete set of testing equipment for vibration, durability, strength, high and low temperatures, and conduct rigorous verification of seats in all dimensions to ensure the safety and comfort of each product with data.
